It is understood that processing of your order and delivery time, depending on the items of clothing ordered and quality of workmanship, considering that handmade workmanship takes a lot longer than run of the mill factory made clothing, and this may vary from time to time. www.fashiongalleria.biz will try its best to comply with not more than one month and possibly not less than 21 days from the time of acceptance of your measurements, details and specifications, but depending on availability of fabric and accessories. Upon completion, dispatch will be made according to your requested mode of transport to your destination. Depending on carrier requested the delivery time may be 5 to 10 days.

Once we have custom tailored your clothing according to your specifications, your measurements, and your Approval, if you are still not satisfied with the final product due to improper fit or fabric quality, within 5 days, please send us an E-mail to info@fashiongalleria.biz describing what changes are required or reasons for your dissatisfaction and we will consider your reasonable requests. If your requests are within the scope of our Website Terms and Conditions, we will advise you how to return the clothing for alterations to us at your expense within 15 days and we will make the necessary alterations and we will then send it back to you at our expense. At no time request a refund or chargeback from the Credit Card Company, if you paid by Credit Card. If the clothes are not sent back to us within 15 days at your expense, we will not bear responsibility for that item of clothing anymore.

We do not normally accept returns as the clothes that you ordered were made to your size, details and specifications, however if alterations are required, please follow the conditions as stated above in our Satisfaction Policy. Please make sure that the clothes to be returned are in the same condition as when we sent it to you, as we will not accept any item if you have made any alterations without our consent.

Due to differences in the Monitors when viewing our Various Collections of Fabrics, the color or size of the pattern may vary from the original, especially when using our Design Your Shirt function. Please consider that the fabrics as shown are for reference mainly and we shall not bear any responsibility for any claims arising out of a slight variance in the actual fabric you receive in your finished garment. If not clear, please contact customerservice@fashiongalleria.biz for more clarification. We are prepared to send swatches if required.
