Shipping:   

In Normal circumstances and depending on which area of the world you reside, we usually include the cost of shipping your order to you within the quoted price, providing that you order a minimum of US$ 150.00. If less we are obliged to charge you US$ 25.00 for shipping either by courier rate or by EMS Postal rates.

For Returns: If for any reason that you are authorized by http://www.fashiongalleria.biz/ to return your merchandise, then you are responsible for return shipment by courier service. After analyzing the reasons for the authorized returns and after having made the specific corrections, we will return your merchandise at our expense. 

Delivery:   

It is understood that processing of your order and delivery time, depending on the items of clothing ordered and quality of workmanship, considering that handmade workmanship takes a lot longer than run of the mill factory made clothing, and this may vary from time to time,

http://www.fashiongalleria.biz/ will try its best to comply with not more than one month and possibly not less than 21 days from the time of acceptance of your measurements, details and specifications, but depending on availability of fabric and accessories. If your order is required in a quicker delivery time than our normal delivery of 21 days to one month, then we will add an extra service charge for quicker courier delivery time, but the order will be shipped to you on an ex-workshop basis. Upon completion, dispatch will be made according to your requested mode of transport to your destination. Depending on carrier requested, the delivery time may be 5 to 10 days.
